Billing & Support
Insurance & Claims
We operate as an "out of network" practice. However, we support our clients by submitting insurance claims on their behalf, eliminating this burden.
In addition, our practice has successfully helped several clients to receive coverage for therapy services from their insurance providers despite being out of network. Please contact Amy, who is willing to discuss this pathway with you.
If you are uncertain about your plan, please reach out. We can help you understand the terminologies, codes, and behavioral health treatment we will use for your care.

Collaboration & Advocacy
Unlike other providers, we do not charge additional "consultation" fees to confer with other providers. Collaboration and advocacy are key components of holistic mental health treatment Wise Mind. With express consent, we partner with the other professionals such as psychiatrists, doctors, teachers, and guidance counselors to ensure that we are providing the therapeutic support needed and to ensure there are no duplication or conflicts in your care. As your advocate, we are your trusted partner, assisting you with important school meetings for your child or working with your insurance company to resolve any issues that may arise.
